Throughout the development of Café Orchestra John Aungiers Café Pasta has retained it's status as the bands number one restaurant. It has been our boardroom, our refuge, a place to unwind, to romance and generally have a good time. It's wonderfully unique atmosphere coupled with superb cuisine and without doubt the best staff in Dublin, have contributed to many a memorable evening there. We would like to take this opportunity to salute all the "Casa Pastians" and suggest that everyone should take Café Orchestra's recommendation and reserve a table there soon. Dark Eyes: The band go on a serious Gypsy Trip. Please refrain from throwing empty glasses into the fireplace! La Poubelle Cuisine: Dance, eat, drink and be merry. From "Betty Blue". Michael's Week: Pat named this one and the reference is indeed aimed at my good self. One of those no comment situations. Wait until the book comes out! Kevana: Probably the sexiest tango in the world. Carrickfergus: The first time myself and Pat played this was at the funeral of one of Ireland's most cherished abstract painters, Paddy Collins (Pat's uncle). Dedicated to his memory.
